For all athletes ages 12 & up, of any sport, Parkview PSM Performance will be running a 2x/week conditioning program for 8 weeks this summer in Auburn on the turf field at James Park. 

See below for details.  In case of inclement weather, training will be moved indoors to a gym in the YMCA.
