Hello,

We are gauging interest to see if we have enough people that want to earn a new 11v11 USSF Grade 8 Referee License so that we can host a new referee class in Auburn this winter.  This one day local class would not be limited to just players; this is open to players or friends or siblings or parents or coaches or anyone else aged 12 through 99.

This license will allow you to referee at local Youth Rec games (Auburn YMCA, Kendallville / Albion NASA, etc…) as well as Indiana Soccer League (ISL) games and tournaments.

This is also a great class to take if you are interested in learning the rules of the game better; good for coaches, parents and players!  Learning to be a referee will make better players, help coaches communicate to referees, help parents grow in the game, and also help the game move forward by increasing the number of referees available to work in local games.

Also, if you are currently a licensed referee and would like to help us referee during our Indoor games at the CCC this winter, please fill out the attached Google Form and let us know what dates you might be available.

For the first session, I'm not sure how many referees I need or the times yet (likely starting at 11am or 12pm and running 2-3 hours per referee). We will likely have one referee for the 12u hours and another for the 14u hours.
