Indiana Soccer COVID-19 Protocols - Spring 2021

Please see the below message from George Perry, Commissioner of the Indiana Soccer League (ISL)...

To all Indiana Soccer teams and participants,
Slowly but surely, our spring 2021 season is beginning. I have already attended some games, league and tournament play, and want to take this opportunity to remind everyone of the COVID-19 protocols established by Indiana Soccer for this season. At this time, we do not see these protocols changing during this season. As always, if a county has more protocols than we have, their protocols must be followed but you may not do less than our protocols.

For all Indiana Soccer events, training, games and our sanctioned tournaments, please review the document on this link:
https://www.soccerindiana.org/assets/58/6/imperatives_-_social_distancing___masks_updated_2-25-2021.pdf

Briefly:
Face coverings must be worn by all spectators the entire time, even when seated at the games.
Players must wear face coverings at all times except when playing on the field in training or games. Players must wear face covering during pregame, halftime, post game meetings and all meetings at training sessions.
Coaches must wear face coverings at all times unless they are actively participating in a training session. During games, they must wear their face covering. They may lower their face covering when giving direction to the field, but must put it back up after.
Please remember that everyone is to social distance. There should be a minimum of 6 feet between individuals from different households. To that end, there are to be no team benches and no tents. Individuals may bring their own chair and umbrella if they like.

Please review the full document. If there are any questions please direct them to myself.
Thank you, best of luck this season, take care, keep safe.
