Strive to attract players and parents with the following common interests:

1. Promoting the game of soccer
2. Creating an environment in which players can reach their full potential and achieve the self confidence and positive self-esteem to be successful both on and off the soccer field.
3. Developing individual skills and team tactics to enable players and/or teams to compete at the highest level. Emphasis will be on developing individual players to be able to play at the middle school and high school level.
4. Assisting college bound players in obtaining scholarships.
5. Provide all the tools necessary for players to reach their maximum potential
6. Develop a friendly Culture and instill a winning attitude while maintain the love for the game of soccer
7. Provide all training needed to get to the next level within the Rangers Club by having a progression training program for all ages
8. Promote overseas travel for certain teams The Rangers Premier Futbol Club is committed to player development on and off the field.

We not only focus on soccer skills and knowledge of the game, but we emphasize on player’s self esteem and emotional well being are as well. We will provide the following goals and objectives:

1. A stress-free atmosphere to expose players to the game with an emphasis on skill development. A competitive environment that encourages players to flourish while focusing on skill development.
2. Emphasis on quality and long term benefits rather than short term gain. An age development process.
3. An educational atmosphere for players and parents concerning club values.
4. Our coaches will give the players continuous support based on each individual player’s needs.
5. Parents should expect there to be changes in level of play as the player(s) mature.
