The coach:

1. is hired and mentored by the DOC.
2. has the responsibility for Training Rangers players, which includes determining tactics and formations as outlined by the DOC.
3. determines playing positions.
4. determines playing time.
5. coordinates times for training sessions with the DOC.
6. Establishes and implements training techniques and times in accordance with the format developed by the Director of Coaching.
7. will attend tournaments in which the team will play per the DOC selection.
8. will notify the DOC in advance if for any reason they are unable to attend a game/practice.
9. ensures that the club uniform policy is enforced for practice and games.
10. will be available to parents to discuss player issues and concerns.
11. follow Club policy on training as a Club.
12. lead by example
13. enforce all club and team policies, procedures, rules, regulations, including the philosophy of the Club
14. attend all scheduled club coaches meetings, including special meetings called by the Director of Coaching.
15. at no time, handle any team or club funds, including the maintenance of bank accounts or accounting records.
16. abide by the Club’s policies and procedures.
