Over the past few weeks I have been observing many of the individuals that are highly involved in this club and the word that keeps coming to my mind is Passion.  I truly believe that best describes the characteristics of many of our leaders.  It comes firstly from Hani Rabi, our Director of Coaching.  I have never met anyone that has more passion for doing what they love.  From someone that may not know him very well, he can come across a little gruf at times.  But what I have realized is that misconception comes from his passion, his knowledge and his experience in the game of soccer.  No other individual would donate so much of his time and effort, getting so little return, unless they were so passionate about doing what was right for our kids.  As a club, we are so lucky to have such an individual involved in training our kids.

It also describes D'Anna Reinoehl, who currently serves as our Rangers Club Manager.  This is one of the toughest jobs in the academy.  She is responsible for organizing all the teams, making sure all state mandated paper work is submitted, registering the kids and the teams with the state, and then overseeing and making sure that everything on the Rangers teams runs smoothly.  Very few people really understand the amount of stress that this job entails.  Not to mention, she does this out of the kindness of her heart and receives no financial incentives.  The main reason she does such a great job is Passion for what we, as a club, are trying to accomplish.  Shaping the character of the kids. 

Finally, it is shown through our academy directors, board of directors and the many, many volunteers that step up and help out any way they can.  From mowing the soccer fields, to building goals, running fundraisers or just opening their home to coach, our club is built on the passion and dedication of many individuals.  From the Board of Directors and the Club, I would like to say Thank You all for all that you do to make the All Star Soccer Academy and Rangers PFC the best club around.  The passion you show on a daily basis is observed by our kids and is helping to shape their character and make them individuals that we can all be very proud of.
